Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.  It enables you to stay present to your now and endeavours to move  you towards your chosen goals and aspirations with clarity and purpose.  It is a dynamic process that creates a space of comfort to enable shifts that bring about greater self awareness and self  confidence.   Unlike Therapy, counselling and psychology that often focus on the past coaching  works from the here and now. 


100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just as in a therapy session.   Note a coaching session is a co creative relationship that enables you to bring clarity to your own thought process, helping you to move towards your own chosen goals. 


The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process, but typically expect about 3 to 6 sessions .


 A Bindaas Mindset Coach typically works with clients to identify and overcome limiting beliefs, fears, and self-doubt that are holding them back from achieving their goals.   I would like to help you find your version of BINDAAS. 


 

  1. Self-Awareness: Developing a deep understanding of oneself, including strengths, weaknesses, values, beliefs, and emotions. This can involve introspection, reflection, and seeking feedback from others.
  2. Overcoming Fears and Insecurities: Facing and conquering fears and insecurities that may hold you back from reaching your full potential. This can include fear of failure, fear of rejection, self-doubt, and low self-esteem.
