Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your passions and use them to help you travel down a path to the life you want.  It enables you to stay present to your now and endeavours to move  you towards your chosen goals and aspirations with clarity and purpose.  It is a dynamic process that creates a space of comfort to enable shifts that bring about greater self awareness and self  confidence.   Unlike Therapy, counselling and psychology that often focus on the past coaching  works from the here and now. 


100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just as in a therapy session.   Note a coaching session is a co creative relationship that enables you to bring clarity to your own thought process, helping you to move towards your own chosen goals. 


The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process, but typically expect about 3 to 6 sessions .


 A Bindaas Mindset Coach typically works with clients to identify and overcome limiting beliefs, fears, and self-doubt that are holding them back from achieving their goals.   I would like to help you find your version of BINDAAS. 


 

  1. Self-Awareness: Developing a deep understanding of oneself, including strengths, weaknesses, values, beliefs, and emotions. This can involve introspection, reflection, and seeking feedback from others.
  2. Overcoming Fears and Insecurities: Facing and conquering fears and insecurities that may hold you back from reaching your full potential. This can include fear of failure, fear of rejection, self-doubt, and low self-esteem.
  3. Pursuing Personal Goals: Setting meaningful goals and taking consistent action to achieve them. This requires motivation, perseverance, and the ability to overcome obstacles and setbacks along the way.
  4. Personal Loss: Coping with the loss of a loved one, which can cause grief, sadness, and a range of other emotions. This challenge often involves finding ways to heal, process emotions, and adjust to life without the person who has passed away.
  5. Family: Navigating the complexities of family relationships, including raising children, caring for aging parents, and managing conflicts or disagreements. Balancing personal needs with the needs of family members can be demanding and requires effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Career: Finding meaningful work that aligns with your interests, skills, and values, while also managing job-related stress and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This challenge may involve making career transitions, dealing with workplace challenges, and pursuing professional growth opportunities.
  7. Health: Managing physical and mental well-being, including coping with illness, injury, chronic conditions, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This often requires self-discipline, resilience, and seeking support from healthcare professionals or support networks.
  8. Finances: Dealing with financial challenges such as debt, budgeting, saving, and planning for the future, including retirement. Developing financial literacy, making informed decisions, and seeking guidance can be crucial in overcoming these challenges.
